Account and access

For sign-in, password-reset, identity-verification, or account-access questions, email Aether Support. Never send a password, payment-card number, government ID image, or verification document by email.

Memberships and Apple billing

Aether memberships purchased in the iPhone app are billed and managed by Apple. You can view, change, or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Aether can help explain membership access, but Apple controls App Store billing and refunds.

Bookings and safety

Signed-in members and companions can create a private support request with the relevant booking context. If there is an immediate threat or emergency, contact local emergency services first.

Aether is for lawful, non-sexual social companionship. Reports involving harassment, solicitation, unsafe behavior, or attempts to move payment outside approved flows are reviewed under our Community Guidelines.
