Respect is the price of admission.
Aether is designed for respectful adult social experiences. These rules apply to profiles, messages, bookings, meetings, and off-platform conduct connected to Aether.
Effective July 28, 2026
Be authentic
- Use your own identity, current photos, accurate age, and truthful profile details.
- Do not create duplicate, impersonation, deceptive, or fraudulent accounts.
- Companions must accurately describe lawful activities, rates, and availability.
Keep every experience non-sexual
- Do not offer, request, imply, negotiate, or exchange anything of value for sexual activity or intimate contact.
- Do not use coded language, profile content, messages, tips, gifts, or off-platform arrangements to evade this rule.
- No escort services, compensated dating arrangements, pornography, sexual solicitation, trafficking, or exploitation.
Respect consent and boundaries
- A booking never creates an obligation for physical contact, alcohol, travel, a change of venue, or additional time.
- Accept “no” immediately. Do not pressure, threaten, stalk, follow, or repeatedly contact another person.
- Keep initial meetings in lawful, mutually agreed locations and share plans with someone you trust.
No nightclubs or companion drinking
- Do not request, accept, move, or disguise an Aether booking for a nightclub, night club, bottle-service venue, or similar club environment.
- Companions may not consume alcohol during an Aether booking. Members may not pressure, encourage, purchase, or provide alcohol for a companion.
- If someone appears impaired or moves a plan to a prohibited venue, end the booking when safe and use Aether’s reporting tools. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
Protect the community
- No hate, discrimination, harassment, violence, weapons threats, illegal drugs, scams, or financial exploitation.
- Do not publish another person’s private information, precise location, messages, or identity documents.
- Keep payments and essential booking communication within Aether.
How enforcement works
Aether may review reports, profile content, booking records, and relevant messages. Responses may include education, warnings, content removal, canceled bookings, listing deactivation, payment review, suspension, permanent removal, or referral to authorities.
Use Block for immediate separation and Report when the safety team should review conduct. False or retaliatory reports are also prohibited.
